As opposed to the description, there is nothing particularly unique concerning it. It simply seems like a slighly filthy series of offices. The administraitors reside and work here, they handle patient records, amoung other things related to the Asylum's upkeep. Despite the block being slighly unsanitary, it is still in stark to the rest of the Asylum. In fact, there is almost a sense of normalcy, that was and still can be experienced. The contrast between the Administration Block and the rest of the Asylum can be compared to the sewer and a luxury cruise of great expense. The Administrators were also well aware of what goes on in the Asylum. In fact, they encouraged the abuse and brutality. They shared a, "Thank God it isn't me," mode of thinking. This, coupled with other justifications, and other reasonings, like Sadism. For years, they thought they were untouchable. However, that would soon change, sparking one of the most catesrophic disasters in human history.

The outbreak, sparked when the Stricken Soldier freed various patients from their cells, snowballing into the vast majority of Asylum. The Asylum administrators thought they were safe, however, they would soon be over run. Each of them would be slautered in a fashion almost as brutal as the treatments and experiments on patients. The block was ravaged, each employee and administrator masacred. However, on man made it out. Leon. Some security members carefully smuggled Leonardio to the Asylum's experimental area. This was deep within the Asylum and was thought to be inpenitrable. However, this would turn out to be very wrong. More will be revealed about Leon's fate, later.
