All There is to Know

What a Series is:

A Series, on this site, is a full length story.

What an Archive is:

An archive, concerning my site, is a catolog of series. Any amount of series, or stores above 1, is considered an archive. Archives are measured by relation. I.E. a multitude series based on aliens, is an archive. All story material relating to the series and the given universe, as a whole, is a portion of the Archive. However, smaller accessory pieces of liturature that provide insight on a smaller event that went unexplained in the the main story line, has a different classification.

What a Chronicle is:

A chronicle, in simpliest terms, is a series of archives. As opposed to the aforementioned archives, the regulations and restrictions concerning content are less exact; as opposed to being restricted to a certain universe, a chronicle is restricted to a certain genre of content. For, example stories regarding aliens, that are from the same story line are considered an Archive. Multiple Archives, more than 1 about aliens, are a chronicle.

A Sub-Series

A sub-series, simply put, is a smaller sub-plots to a series. A sub-series, is based upon an event or character that is vaguely mentioned, but not discussed in depth. A sub-series exclusively focuses on said character or event. A sub-series is designed to disclose smaller details pertaining to the plot of the main, over-arching story.

Sub-Series Denominations

Hierarchical System

In case the aforementioned facts weren't confusing enough, there is also a system of classifying sub-series! In the list below, you will learn about all possible types of sub-series! This will mark the completion of this master course!
  • Denomination:1

  • Consists of details of 1 character, whose back story is explored and exlusively focused on.
  • It is connected to a story, or series, in which their involvement and role in the plot was vaguely explained.
  • Furthermore, the said character's name could also be mentioned, with no further information. The resulting sub-series can explain the relationship, back story, and role of the character, as a whole.
    • Denomination 2:

    • A sub-series that concerns the histories of multiple characters.
    • Akin to the aformentioned tier, these characters are briefly included within the story. However, they are not explored in depth.
    • Denomination 3:

    • A sub-series concerning an over-arching assortment of characters.

    • Simliar to the previous category, this one concerns multiple characters.

    • The unique aspect of this tier would be the fact that it tackles multiple characters vagely mentioned in the primary story, however, it also explores other characters found within the primary focuses. These external backstories, connected to the primary characters disclosed vaguely, will also be explored and will also recieve a large amount of attention.

    Parting Note
